The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without having to incur costs other than the direct costs of returning the purchased Products and without having to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the purchased products.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Fei Fan Srl by means of a specific communication, to be sent by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail to feifansrl.2023@gmail.com. In the withdrawal notice you must indicate the order number, the Product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and your address.

The Customer Service of Fei Fan Srl will acknowledge the communication without undue delay and the Customer will be able to proceed with the shipment of the Product appropriately packaged, protected, intact in all its parts within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated to Fei Fan Srl its decision to withdraw.

Fei Fan Srl will provide a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product(s), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which Fei Fan Srl was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Fei Fan Srl will have the right to suspend the refund until receipt of the products or until you demonstrate that you have shipped the products, whichever occurs first.

However, the direct costs for returning the products and customs charges and duties, if due, remain the responsibility of the Customer. If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount referred to in the discount code will not be refunded. The purpose of the refund is only to return the amount including the purchase price, excluding the replacement of the Product for which the right of withdrawal was exercised with other products.

The refund by Fei Fan Srl will take place through a transaction reversal procedure using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of the order. The withdrawal will not be effective if it has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation as specified in the General Conditions of Sale, to which reference is made for any further information.
