SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

As soon as you have completed your order, you will be able to view the "My orders" section in your personal area. Once prepared and shipped, your order will be assigned a package number, which you can view in the "My orders" section and which will allow you to inform yourself about the status of the shipment.

Delivery will take place within 5 working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) from when the order is placed.

USEFUL INFORMATION ON DELIVERY

If on the first delivery attempt the shipment is marked as ABSENT, the courier will make a second attempt; in case of REFUSAL the order will automatically return to the warehouse for checks.

HOW TO BEHAVIOR UPON DELIVERY

When the courier makes the delivery you will have to check:

• that the package is intact , not damaged or wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package;
• that the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the document corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

Any complaints must be immediately raised to the carrier: in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

The attached transport document (DdT) must be kept.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING DUE TO TRANSPORT

If upon receipt of the goods there is evident damage to the packaging, it must be rejected without opening the package.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS INSIDE THE PACKAGE

If you find damage to the goods that is not visible from the outside, you must contact our Customer Service, taking care to send some photos showing the damage found.
